According to the standalone statement of financial results for the quarter ended 30-09-2026, GE Vernova T&D India Limited’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 2,026.98 cr from Rs 1,538.46 cr in the corresponding quarter ended 30-09-2025. Total income, including other income, rose to Rs 2,077.31 cr from Rs 1,557.09 cr over the same period.

On the cost side, cost of raw material and components consumed and other project related costs moved up to Rs 1,179.77 cr from Rs 924.36 cr. Employee benefits expense increased to Rs 137.98 cr from Rs 118.58 cr, while finance costs rose to Rs 7.83 cr from Rs 2.21 cr. Depreciation and amortisation expense was Rs 12.24 cr compared with Rs 11.61 cr a year earlier, and other expenses increased to Rs 214.78 cr from Rs 155.90 cr. Total expenses for the quarter were Rs 1,497.31 cr versus Rs 1,155.82 cr in the corresponding prior period.

Profit before tax, as presented in the statement of financial results, improved to Rs 580.00 cr from Rs 401.27 cr in the quarter ended 30-09-2025. Total income tax expense rose to Rs 148.61 cr from Rs 101.79 cr. Net profit for the quarter increased to Rs 431.39 cr from Rs 299.48 cr. Total comprehensive income for the period was Rs 444.13 cr, compared with Rs 279.32 cr in the same quarter of the previous year.
