About Cruxal

We cover what moved Indian stocks, read from the filing itself.

What we publish

Cruxal covers the corporate filings of listed Indian companies — results, deals, corporate actions, management changes and business updates — for all 8,674 companies on the BSE and NSE, not just the index names that already have analysts assigned to them.

A story is published when a filing is followed by a price move that the filing plausibly explains. We report what the document said, what the stock did in that session, and where the two do and do not line up. Every article links to the original exchange filing so you can check us.

How our coverage is produced

Filings are collected directly from the exchanges within seconds of publication. Each one is read and scored, and price behaviour around the filing is measured against the NIFTY to separate a company-specific move from the market's.

Drafts are written with the assistance of a language model working strictly from the filing text and the measured price data — it is not asked to supply facts of its own, and every figure in an article traces to a page of the source document. Drafts then pass an automated review for factual consistency against that source before anything is published, and the editorial team can hold, edit or reject any story.

We say this plainly because you should know how what you are reading was made. It is also why the link to the primary filing appears on every article rather than being buried.

What this is not

Nothing Cruxal publishes is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or research analyst under SEBI regulations, and we do not offer portfolio, tax or financial planning guidance.

Coverage describes what was filed and what the price did. Any decision you take from it is your own.

Corrections

We correct errors. If an article misstates a figure, misreads a filing or attributes a price move to the wrong document, write to us and we will fix it and note the change on the article.

Who we are

Cruxal is an independent publication covering Indian equities. Bylines and the people behind the coverage are listed on our authors page.

The technology behind the coverage — the filing pipeline, the scoring and the events calendar — is available as a product. You can read about it on the product page.
