Jindal Capital Ltd has approved a fundraise through a rights issue of equity shares, with the board clearing a proposal to raise up to Rs 20 crore from existing shareholders.
According to the outcome of the board meeting held on 27 August 2026, disclosed to BSE, the company will issue fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each on a rights basis to eligible shareholders.

In its filing dated 27 August 2026, Jindal Capital stated that the fundraise will be carried out in accordance with Section 62(1)(a) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable laws, subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
The company has not yet disclosed the issue price, the ratio at which rights shares will be offered (for example, how many rights shares per existing share), or the detailed timetable. The filing notes that these parameters — including the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, issue opening and closing dates, and terms of payment — will be determined by the Board of Directors or a duly authorised committee and intimated to BSE in due course.
